Hi, does anyone know why my Ebay balance is not appearing under payments???
It is only showing my cards and accounts.

That would be where your payment methods are, if you go to your payments tab, the first thing you will see is your eBay balance. I've just checked for you anyway just to double check, and your eBay balance seems to be there. Try getting there using this link if you want.
