disputing ebay charge for items sold when i have never sold anything on ebay.

I recently saw that ebay was charging me a fee and when i checked it turned out it was something to do with me selling something. Firstly, I have never sold anything on ebay, only ever bought items, which were paid for at the time of order.

I have managed to search and see transactions to do with a iphone, these are nothing to do with me. I have never sold anything on ebay wouldn't know how. I'm just about to check to see if money went from my account as it said the buyer claimed it was received so they refunded it and charged me. I'm assuming this money would have been taken from my bank.

This is nothing to do with me. It was a transaction made through ebay and there are names and ref nos which i have now sent in a email contact to them. I will be closing my account as soon as i've cleared this up as all faith in ebay is now gone.

Suspicious sales involving i phones that you have no knowledge of,  sounds like your account has been hacked, and you need to take actions asap.

Lines to eBay Customer Services are currently closed,  but reopen at 8 a.m. contact them first thing as there's also more chance of Dublin answering. They have access to your account and can close it immediately to investigate.

Contact your bank when it opens too.

Change passwords on all accounts you own,  especially your email account.
