So I have sold multiple items on eBay and my account has now been restricted.
I have received a message to say that I need to provide tracking information for this to be released. Tracking information is listed on all my orders which show as successfully delivered through Parcel Force but this information is not pulling through to eBay. Spent numerous times on the phone with customer service who are absolutely terrible and just receive the same message from the eBay Trust and Safety Team asking me to provide tracking information which they already have so I get nowhere. Quite a lot of money locked away in eBay despite every item being delivered nobody seems to want to help. Seems quite common from past posts.
Does anybody have any dealings with eBay about this and within the UK can you file your complaint with the Financial Ombudsman or Small Claims Court to retrieve your funds which are owed from genuine delivered sales? Very poor show from eBay really and the customer service is absolutely shocking, you would not get away with this anywhere else. Are these people actually regulated in anyway?

If you are planning to go down any sort of a legal route to get Ebay to pay out your money, you should probably put your account on a correct footing by upgrading to a business account with a legal 'any reason' returns policy.
Members who are trading, buying items to sell, need a business account.

yes i’m having the same problem. absolute joke. holding my money aswell. nearly 2 weeks after they have been delivered and shows on pace for e as been del but not ebay. spent hrs on the phone on a few occasions and all said it would be sorted in 24 - 48 hrs !! still nothing. i’m owed £100 s , even having to refund buyers who chose del via parcelforce as im not sending stuff for ebay to keep hold of my money. who evers bright idea it was for all these changes on ebay wants sacking !!

Hi, Just encountered the same problem, Parcelforce tracking not updating in ebay, spoke twice with customer service? I got them to check tracking number on Parcelforce site and confirmed delivered, even have feedback from receiver, C.S. say wait for another 24 Hours, they take stupid to a whole new level. Have you got any further?

You would like to think so, but customer service are not that bright. Had customer service on the phone got them to check tracking number on Parcelforce web site and my feedback from receiver, still they would not do any thing, the obvious being to over ride the status to DELIVERED, but no.
