Payments on hold till delivery need help

I have posted a item 4 weeks ago on untracked Royal Mail (uk) and my funds are on hold to confirmation of deliver but I sent it out a month ago surely it should be delivered and where’s my money I had to pay for postage out my own pocket and I can’t get my money btw the item was a rare 50p coin

Without tracking payments to new sellers are often put on hold for 30 days.   If it's gone beyond that contact ebay about it.   You can use callback on here:
