I don't understand the recent eBay policy if withholding payouts until either the sale has been delivered ( pretty much forcing us to use recorded delivery ) or enough weeks have passed by that it is deemed there will be no non delivery query. eBay are now charging UK buyers a protection fee so surely this " insurance" negates the need to hold back payments? My last sale is saying I will get my funds 4 days AFTER it was flagged as delivered! I'm really not impressed at all!
