My account get restricted because changing pay out bank account, how can I get paid from my balance

I sold 2 items and my balance is 51 right now, how can I get paid as my account is restricted.

If you have correctly entered your bank account details now,  it will take a few days for eBay to verify those details.

Have you correctly also registered for eBay's Managed Payments?  See here:

This will explainn the new system of withdrawing your payouts now:

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on that  Withdraw >  arrow,  you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

On the pop up screen which appears,  click on Withdraw found at the bottom of that screen.   You will see £0.00 at the bottom, at the top a larger £0.    There, manually enter the amount you wish to withdraw.  Bottom right click on >  Withdraw.

I am using a laptop and Chrome to receive these views.

eBay do this to ensure that hackers cannot change your bank details to their bank details and withdraw all your money to their account

It is a safeguard, to ensure your money is not stolen, so although it is annoying, be grateful your money is safe, as it would be a lot more inconvenient if it were stolen and you couldn't get it back

I called back and they said my account was suspened and can't be reinstate , protect don't mean to lock me out of ebay and won't let me withdraw myself

One of the indian agent just cut my line and I can't do anything with it

They would not have suspended your account for changing your bank account.   What reason did they give for the suspension?
