Hi all, curious to know something. I randomly received an MC011 for some items I had sold which were new. This is okay with me, I have nothing to hide so provided the invoices, an explanation for the sales (not a business, I had bought some games consoles for my kids back in October, they’re now not returnable and we’re going to get them a gaming PC between them) and a Shark hoover that was never set up so we decided to sell.
I have provided all invoices, my credit card statement and a photo of my passport.
They’re asking for proof of delivery, but one customer hasn’t rescheduled delivery and has said he’ll likely collect it next week. Is this going to pose an issue for me, or is an attempted delivery still a delivery in this scenario?
It’s annoying this has happened a week before Christmas, so I’m looking to get it rectified asap so I can pay back my credit card from the Christmas purchases. EBay support aren’t too sure and are telling me to respond to the emails.

Attempted delivery ought to be good enough, you can but try with that evidence in your response.

As Papso has rightly said attempted delivery in eBay's eyes, is the same as ' delivery'.
Contact eBay Cuatomer Services again, but I strongly recommend contacting them very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

They have restricted my use of selling for some reason. I didn’t have any more items to sell, so it’s not really a concern.
But they haven’t stated when I’ll have access to my funds?
