Issue with trying to buy an item using my ebay balance

I an trying to pay for  a 'buy it now'  item using my ebay balance which more than covers the cost of the item I am buying.  Cannot proceed as pay now button is greyed  out. Tried to use Paypal instead but says there are problems with Paypal?

Same here - its only a £4 item and i have more than enough to pay but it won't let me - so not buying.

I then fill in questionaire about ease of use and it says at the end if I want a reply and don't object put in an email address - so I do. Then after submitting - it says something about no responses will come from this submission.

The last thing i heard from ebay that feature wasn't live yet,

Maybe doing some tinkering in the background

Maybe input from one of the mods would be helpful

I assume the feature you are talking about is the email response? If so, fine however maybe would be a good idea to not show it saying its available?

I have now managed to pay for the item with existing funds so it seems to be back working, thanks.

If you provide a screenshot of the button being greyed out, and the item number of the item you're trying to purchase, I'd be happy to take a further look.

Regarding the PayPal issue, that issue was from PayPal's end, and it would be out of our control. In the meantime, you can use a different payment method as an alternative.
