How to get a refund for a product you didn't receive , help my please

Go to the drop down options menu for the item on your purchases list and open a Not Received case.  Escalate it after 4 days.

As already advised, if you haven't received the item you ordered then you need to open an 'Item not received' dispute.  Find the item in your purchases and then from 'More options' select 'Item has not arrived' and escalate to eBay after 3 business days if necessary.
