Iphone scam

Can anyone please advise bought iphone 17 pro max seller sent me envolope with blank papers i sent it back item not described now instead of seller issuing refund he has asked ebay to step in and saying I sent him blank papers where do I stand? Ive took photos and sent it and the weight of package u can clearly tell it was not iphone my account has 100 percnt positive feedback account opened since 2014 the seller 2023 with 2 reviews can anyone help? Im worried they will side with seller

eBay usually side with buyers.   Check it has been escalated.    The option appears after 3 complete working days.   If not and that time has passed click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

It is extremely unlikely that eBay would find against you.  Claims made by buyers are nearly always upheld unless there is definite evidence to prove otherwise.  What may happen, as a result of the seller asking eBay to step in and help, is that eBay refunds you themselves instead of taking the refund from the seller.
