I made my last payout on 24th February and haven't been able to make one since. Nobody at eBay customer service has been able to help and still I cannot make a payout. I've followed all the advice from CS but no joy. Has anyone ever been compensated by eBay for a situation like this?

Do you know the reason of why you're unable to withdraw your funds? Like do you know if there was a restriction/suspension placed on the account? Or maybe you haven't verified your details?

If you could make the team realise that this has been going on for far too long. Seven weeks and I'm still waiting to make a payout. I don't understand why someone in customer service has not said 'enough is enough', and come up with a solution for me. Surely there is someone in customer service with the authority to make a manual payment?? It seems farcical that I'm still struggling to find a solution. I should be financially compensated.
