eBay automatic payouts over the Easter Weekend?

Has anyone had their automatic daily payout from eBay today - 18th April?
Usually it drops into our account around 3am, but nothing today.
Had a chat with the customer support and got a curious answer.

"I hope that you can understand that as a huge e-commerce platform with millions of users, orders may take longer to be available due to the huge amount of payments processing."

The CS answer sounds like b.s. to get rid of you.

The consensus of the various searches that I've been doing at times recently using several search engines is that eBay UK's sales have plummeted (not just declined) since Feb. so eBay has FEWER transactions to process.

Just spoke to someone in the international CS on the phone and was told that because we have a lot of transactions yesterday (comparably to a normal day.... not really) that the payments are still being processed. 

So methinks that there is an issue somewhere.
