I can't get my money from Ebay

Payments for items i posted before Christmas are still on hold - have phoned Ebay twice  - still I am out of pocket.  How can they expect me to buy postage for new sales when I cannot access the money the buyer has paid for this?  How can I get at my money?  Can anyone help please?

@itsamugsgame

Why are your funds on hold?

Have ebay informed you of the reason?

I can't get my money from Ebay

the items were sent with ebay labels and show as 'delivered' but they were not sent tracked so ebay say they cannot guarantee the buyer has received them!  I think the buyers would be in touch with me by now if they had not as this was from before Christmas!  Ebay just withholding for no good reason.

But " funds held" isn't in place until Feb, so why are they holding your funds now?

Same here,they just will not release my sales money. On my sales history it says " funds available in Ebay balance 9 Feb" but when I go to my account it says "Total Funds" : £xx.xx but then above it says" ebay balance" £00.00.If your lucky enough to get an agent on the chat system they just say they funds have been paid.

That suggests the customer service people don't have access to anything more than we do.

A shocking state of affairs.I have also just read that in American they still have the old system buy Sellers there are now bricking it as this payment hold system is going to happen there as well.

i don’t really know how they expect you to buy the postage to send the items if you can’t access the funds the buyer has paid?? My sales have dropped right off since they brought the buyer premium in. I usually sell greeting cards at £1.50-£2 - no one will want to pay another £1 for nothing - who needs “protection” from a birthday card? Ridiculous!
