Disgusted with ebay still holding onto my money for no reason!

I think I'm done with ebay. Been a loyal seller and buyer for over 21 years, got £109 still sat there not showing in my balance was due today. It's now been over 2 days since they were delivered and the funds are STILL pending.

Went onto chat who tried to totally fob me off saying it was a system issue then changing their mind, telling me to come back to them at MIDNIGHT! Ebay basically sitting on MY money making interest for NO reason.  Asked for compensation and they totally ignored my request, disgusting way to treat a loyal ebay member for years.

Don't give me false statements about system issues, you issued my funds of £175 this morning items delivered AFTER the two items you still haven't give me my money for.

I demand answers and compensation ebay! This isn't good enough at all.

Apparently, eBay are rolling out a new thing where the seller will be getting funds faster. And this is what it says when you go into the payment tab.

"You're getting funds faster Funds from your sales will now typically appear in your eBay balance within 24 hours after the buyer pays."

I've seen no evidence of the new policy being implemented.

My account is in good standing. I am due payment, TODAY! It was due time when 48 hours was up. I knew something was up when I saw no funds still after 51 hrs had past. I was hesitant to go into chat in case I got the copy and paste reply. But, I decided to attempt to open chat anyway, and this was the message left.

"Something went wrong. Please try again later. You can also get more info searching online help."

So, I couldn't make contact. I've had a dozen or more orders under this garbage policy and this is the first time I've not received eff all after 48 hours. So, something is definitely up.

Chat when I finally got through told me to go back to them at midnight, I suspect as this is when the 48 hour 2 day window expires? I won't be happy if they don't resolve this tonight and it's clearly an issue when they've implemented the new system, told them I don't give a rats that you have a new payment system when I'm still waiting for my funds which were due today, currently I'm £109 down and two items down because of eBay and their *bleep* customer service!

I also got the "You're getting funds faster" message, so I guess I qualified for it, which is nice... I guess, assuming they actually pay you when they say they will.

I sold an item this morning around 09:30, looked at the items payment details and could see the payout schedule...

Paid: 11 Aug

Pending: 11 Aug

Available: 11 Aug

Well, it's currently 19:15 and I still haven't received anything. I know that it's still within the "typical" 24 hour window, but it clearly states that the funds will be available today (11 Aug). Not tomorrow, not between 11-12 Aug, not estimated or approximately whenever... TODAY.

So honestly, I was expecting to see my funds today, and I hoped that the sale happening early in the morning would have helped.  Clearly not.

What's annoying me most about this is I sold this item to help fund another purchase, which I was going to buy as soon as the funds were available. If the item I'm after sells before eBay gives me my money, I'm gonna be smegging livid, lol.
