I've been round and round in ever-decreasing circles for about an hour, trying to find my 'eBay balance' after I received an email saying that an item I returned had been refunded to this mysterious 'eBay balance'!
It turned out that the funds for an item I sold in April had been held in my 'eBay balance' without my prior knowledge!!! I then purchased an item and used PART of my 'eBay balance' to pay for it (apparently). I then returned that item and could not for the life of me find my refund Grrrrr!!
The solution was to go to Seller Hub and lo and behold, I had £9.70 credit just sitting there, waiting for me to either spend it or withdraw it. I have now withdrawn it to my bank account.
