PACKLINK SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I AIM TO EXPOSE THEM AS I HAVE FRIENDS IN THE MEDIA. THEY DELIBERATELY CONSTANTLY PASS YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST. AVOID USING THEIR DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT FIT FIR PURPOSE. THEY DAMAGED MY PARCEL I SENT AND ARE REFUSING TO PAY MY REFUND! THE PARCEL WAS NOT ON THE PROHIBITED LIST!!! 

ABSOLUTEY DISGUSTING, LIEING , NO MORALS, I AM GOING TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN 100%.

What was the item and why have Packlink refused your claim?

Packlink are a postage broker not a carrier so it would be impossible for them to damage your parcel.

They don't have the best of reputations but there must be a reason why they are refusing your claim.

EBay use so called “partner” companies I.e Packlink, eBay etc.. this is to
distant themselves from potential claims. Packlink operates under the
umbrella of EBay and Evri.
I couldn’t care less who delivers my items as long as they reach my buyers
in a satisfactory condition. Therefore I will attribute blame to ANY of the
three services mentioned. Packlink ARE RESPONSIBLE and they are absolutely
dreadful and deceptive, I WILL make sure I expose them and get them shut
down 💯. Hope that answers your question.

It’s a paperback book! Unbelievable, apart from setting it on fire or
sinking it in water how on earth can they damage it beyond repair?. They
say that they are not paying due to an investigation that has been ongoing
for a month now. Quite simply they DO NOT want to pay. Absolutely
disgusting, unprofessional, deceitful and irresponsible behaviour from
Packlinks customer service, they dodge every question, do not get back to
you and pass you from pillar to post, I have NEVER experienced anything
like this and I don’t know how they are getting away with this Diabolical
service. I will expose them. Trading standards are involved and also C. A.
B consumer services.

I can't see how a paperback book would get damaged during delivery unless it was poorly packed. If it was poorly packed then they won't pay out. Did your buyer send you photos of the damage?

If you are going to 'take them down' it is important to get your facts straight.

For example, Packlink are a broker, they don't deliver anything, they act as a middle man between the seller and whatever courier is chosen, in your case evri.  The issue with Packlink is that they have a longer list of exclusions from cover than the the couriers have and you have to make your claim through Packlink and not the courier.

There are many posts about the difficulties of claiming through Packink, which is a Spanish company by the way, so hard to sue, and most members steer clear of them, going straght to the courier instead.

Exactly!!! Thank you hooooooray! The book was packaged in 1)bubble wrap 2)
a cardboard protector 3) The standard cardboard secure envelope used by
AMAZON!.
Now this is the best part THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT TO THE BUYER WHATSOEVER!!
Unbelievable! They told EBay that it was “LOST” and told me “IT WAS DAMAGED
BEYOND REPAIR”. I have a 100% sellers rating on EBay with NO complaints
whatsoever. I package my items extremely carefully and sufficiently for
transport.

I WILL EXPOSE PACKLINK. They deceive, and are unprofessional and
irresponsible full stop dot com.

I know EVERYTHING I need to know as I have liaised with C. A. B consumer
services, Trading standards and the Civil courts and intend to go to the
media. Everything you have just told me I already know ( but thanks for
that anyways) .

This was a £5 sale right? You should value your own time more, thinking that the media will be at all interested is a folly. It sounds like you have already spent far too much time on this already.

£7.50 to be precise 😜 Well everyone is entitled to their opinion, I my
friend DO NOT CARE about the value of the item 100% it could be 75 pence or
£750 makes no difference to me one bit, I have plenty of time on my hands
and NOBODY but NOBODY rips me off, so thanks for your advice but it is
denied 👍 I will fight this until the end ( including going to the media,
civil courts via Trading standards who are supporting me through this
wholeheartedly, you’d be surprised what they are interested in these days)
money means NOTHING to me… PRINCIPALS and doing business properly does.
So look out for a spot in the paper! lol have a great day!

Makes no difference to me, they could be based in Antarctica and why are
you so concerned about what Trading standards are doing on my behalf? As I
said PRINCIPLES are PRINCIPLES. They are investigating this along with
Citizens advice consumer protection. Have you nothing better to do? than
worrying about what I’m doing?

I am being charged 30% extra than if I used Parcelforce direct and I am only getting £50 insurance where if I use Parcelforce direct I get £150 insurance.

Packlink or Ebay or Both are ripping off sellers on Ebay with excessively bloated postage charges and a lesser insurance service..  I will NEVER USE PARCELFORCE IN EBAY.. GO DIRECT TO PARCELFORCE.. Packlink are crooks.

Zimar.. Can you help me?  I also want to expose Packlink and Ebay for fraudulent charging.. They dont tell users that Buy Parcelforce labels in Ebay that they are paying far more and also not getting the standard insurance.. Packlink are damaging the reputation of Parcelforce by not providing notice that they are charging far more for the service than it actually costs.
