Some bank accounts are not accepted, and you can only add current accounts, not savings accounts. If this is not the problem, then I presume that you are just unable to verify your bank details? If so, then you need to contact our customer service team, so they can see what's happening and what to do to resolve it.

It looks like you still haven't added any payment methods (that's why the funds are being held), if your account is being rejected, it is probably because it is not in the approved banks list. You can try again to see if you can add it, otherwise, you might need to use a different bank account.
