I’ve been account restricted due to noticed things that don’t comply with eBay’s policy, I’ve done nothing except recently cancelled an order because the buyer told me to and she got a full refund, once I added my debit card after for future payments if I sell something, suddenly all my listed items have gone and I can’t sell or buy anything till it’s lifted, but no one is contacting me back please help guys 🙏

Not sure, but this could be a matter of not registering correctly or fully for eBay's Managed Payments, see here:
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Hello! Thank you so much for your help, my account has apparently been permanently suspended and I can’t use eBay at all now through no fault of my own! It’s very disappointing but it happens! Thank
