I have combined two orders in one parcel and ebay has issued a label for royal mail 48hr tracked. Took it to post office to be told max weight for this service is 2kg but my parcel is 5.2kg. What can I do to resolve.
Cancel/refund the transactions with buyer's agreement and relist in one listing with correct postage for the buyer to buy again. You do that from the dropdown menu arrow for the items on your orders list.
