when is ‘today’ for buyer premium changes ?

prices on my listings that are under £10 have not changed as at this precise moment in time. Example a £1.99 item still shows as £2.79 to potential buyers - should be 10p fixed ilo 70p, then  7% of £2 - 14p - total 24p, not 80p !

another ‘fake news’ message from ebay  … or is ‘today’ not ‘today’ in UK, or in USA, but some undisclosed day in the distant future ?

If you read the whole announcement and followed the links, it did say prices might take up to 24 hours to update.

'It may take some time to see the Buyer Protection fee reflected in your listing. Typically this delay is only a few minutes but may take up to 24 hours. UK buyers will always see the total item price.'

I understood that existing prices would not change.

I ended all listings yesterday and relisted and initially all showed new scale if fees, but nothing to explain change to buyers.

Later found all new listings had changed back, but at top of listing details given of what buyer sill pay.

Will see what if anything happens today.

The change really only makes a significant difference to very low value items, whether buyers will like it is another matter, as they seem to have lost the will to buy.
