im trying to sell a few items ,have sold before but keep getting a message saying unexpected error on our part try again later. Its been saying this for 3 days now. I also have to verify my account details for some reason and when i try to do so i get the same message. spoke to 2 agents with no response from both was sitting in the chat for an hour. Frustrating.

You say you have sold before, if do how long ago?

Have you registered as a seller and added a bank account?

The last item i sold was over a year ago. I do have my bank account linked
yes and i was registered as a seller so assumed it wouldn't change.

If you have not sold for a long time, you may need to register your bank account details, set up a direct debit etc. again.

I can't see a selling record on your account and the only feedback you ever received as a seller was a negative.
