Sales almost non existent since 'Buyer Protection' came into force. Not worth going to the Post Office with 1/2 parcels.

The BP protection is only for private sellers on ebay, and your selling lots of brand new goods, so in accordance with ebay policies,you should look to upgrade to a business account,then simple delivery and buyer protection won't affect you.

Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

You can keep your existing listings as a private seller
