I purchased three Evri labels on Monday and two won't work. Does anyone know of any way to contact eBay to resolve this? I can't void them, so I can't find another way. The automated bot is absolutely useless. I am completely stuck.
To get rid of them (assuming you have "simple delivery" enabled) you'd have to cancel the transaction and relist for buyer to buy and pay again. You can opt out of SD during the listing process.
