Hello, Link still doesn't open but found an earlier reply to another member about the same issue.
It seems to say that the Buyer Protection fee is a service and , as such, is liable for VAT on top , as in my case,., not on the postage service.
Have I understand correctly?... see answer below...
"If you bought from private seller, then the BPF includes VAT, as it is a service charged by ebay.
I.E. you are paying VAT on ebay fee, not the item purchased."
