I am sorry for your loss.

You have left a message in a member to member forum so nobody here knows what your problem is.

We could try and guess but, if you explain in a sentence or two what the issue is, somebody will try to help you.

Re: tall chair for return

If you have arranged with the seller to return it it is them you need to contact.  Go to your purchases page, find the chair and use the contact link via the dropdown menu on the right.

Here is a direct link to the purchases page:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/mye/myebay/purchase

Keep any arrangement on ebay if possible so that you have proof of return.

Re: tall chair for return

The only people reading your messages in here are other buyers and seller, like you.

If you have bought something, received it less than a month ago, and have changed your mind about it, you need to open a return case - see the link below.

This will alert the seller that you want to send something back.  However, it is likely that you will have to arrange for a courier to collect the item and you will have to pay for it to be returned to the seller.

If you are not sure how to do this, you should ask somebody to help you - a friend, carer or relative.

Open a return request

To request a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases above, or use the button below. You can also start a return request from your Purchases in My eBay.

Start a return - opens in new window or tab
