subscription

I've opened a shop.  My choice of shop name was free.  I select subscription and it tells me that my shop name is taken.  It is taken 'by me'.  I cant get a response from help and cant go any further. 

I'm ready to throw the laptop through the window.  Has anyone got any suggestions to either sort out the subs or actually speak to someone who can help please?

Is it possible that you have logged in through Facebook, which can sometimes cause confusion?

Try logging out and clear your browser cache (if using PC, I don't know whether you can do the same on a phone).

Then log in again, being sure to do so through eBay.
