stop sellers using substandard delivery service

Ebay should catagorise acceptable delivery companies/ couriers. Sellers are scrutinised for service sometimes too much but there seems to be no removal of consitantly poor service by couriers that fail to deliver, provide delivery dates that are not met and fail to update courier tracking

I can't see this working.

Although some couriers have a bad reputation,  it is down the person delivering the item to buyer.

I'm not a fan of Evri or Yodel, but my local drivers often deliver items sooner than estimated. 

RM used to be reliable, but often take longer than they used to to deliver.
