someone is using my account

I keep getting messages from you that someone in St Leonards-on-sea, East Sussex is using my account, I was asked to change my password, I did that 4 or 5 times but I am still getting messages that the person is still using my account.  Please help. I don't know what else to do.

Are you seeing a different location when you first log in?  Is this the issue you are having?

We all have seen this from time to time,  that is,  the location is very different to where you are.  I,  for example live on the South Coast,   and have been ' seen' to be logging in from Birmingham.

As long as the time shown,  is the correct time that you logged in,  all is well, it's some weird quirk.

No need to keep changing passwords.
