seller issue

I bought a dog bed off seller, it was poor quality and not as described so I contacted him, he asked if I would accept a 15% refund, which I accepted because it would have been difficult to return. This happened on 28/10/2024, no refund received so I contacted him again on 19/11/2024, he said he had issued refund but would check up on it and could I please be patient which I have, still no refund. I contacted him again on 19/12 2024 but this time he has not replied. Do I have any options?

Not through ebay after this length of time.   You could try your funding source.

Not from eBay, as they have a 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  this is written on every listing right hand side.  You're too late to claim from eBay.

 

Never listen to seller's excuses and false promises when you receive an item not as described they can and have done here,  allow you to exceed that timeline to claim with eBay.  

 

You can try your payment provider if you wish to try for a refund now.
