seller has given a false address for the returned faulty item

Hi, I bought an apple smart watch on ebay - it was paired to another phone and the seller refused or was unable to unpair it thus it it didn't work.

Ebay agreed the return but now the watch is on its way back to me as the return address is false/ does not exist.

I am out of pocket with a watch that doesn't work.

How do I get a refund?

Contact eBay Customer Services inform them what has happened,  but I do recommend only contacting them very first thing on a weekday morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
