returned order only partially refunded after sending back, seller says full refund issued,

I ordered 2 box sets. One was ordered by mistake and I tried to cancel the order before posting. the seller wouldnt cancel the order. I returned the full order. I have the postal reciept and photots. I only recieved A partial refund I have been In contact with the seller and they claim I have a full refund! please help. 

Every time I try to ask ebay for help they just tell me to return the item thats already returned.

Did you do this through an ebay returns case, or directly with the seller?

Do you have tracking showing delivery to the seller?

Since posting I found the E-mail Ebay button and have sent them the details.

The seller sent me a freepost return adress in the uk seller in USA. Untracked. I have the postal reciept that has adress and weight. I'm assumming the package was recieved as I did recieve a partial refund a few days after posting, so if they have part of the return they have all of the return.

The original order was bought as part of a deal. buy 2 get a % off the total. I retured both because I got the deal. whenever I have bought something in a deal the full deal has to be returned, indevidual items from the deal can't be returned. so I returned the full order. The seller has only refunded the initial mistaken product in the order. the other part of the order is still in my purchases as delivered. I started a return on it when I got the partial refund stating that it was already returned to try and get seller attention to the issue. I recieved a messaged from the seller this morning saying therir system shows a full refund and to get in contact with Ebay.

situation has been resolved. Tariq Q at customer services fixed me up with the remainder of my refund.
