I'm trying to return an item from the UK to the US, ebay provided a shipping label to send via DHL but I can't print it, a search said I could do labelless drop off at a locker so I took it and tried using the label on my phone but none of the barcodes worked and there was no QR code. I tried typing in the different codes and this didn't work either, so presumably they wouldn't work on the printed label either. After going round in circles trying to resolve it with the useless assist bot I was able to communicate with a person who passed me onto someone else who then said they couldn't resolve it and needed to pass it on to the 'specialized team' who would be in contact via email in 24-48 hours. It's been four days and I haven't received an email. I'm supposed to be returning the item before tomorrow! ebay seem to deliberately make it as difficult as possible to communicate with someone and resolve these issues, it's infuriating. Is there an alternative way of contacting them (eg an email address) so I can resolve this?
