request to cancel order denied even though seller contacted me saying item was not available

Hi.

Shortly after I payed for the item I had won the seller contacted me saying the item had been damaged and was no longer available. I put in a request to cancel the order but it was denied, the seller is saying their request to cancel has also been denied. How can I get my money back? Thanks in advance

You'll have to wait until the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
