I ordered 6 Labubu dolls and only 5 of them arrived. The seller did not have the red doll so that I could send the missing one. They offered to send me the blue one and specified the date by which it should be delivered. There was always a deadline and the last promise to send it by fast delivery. There is no doll, they do not answer my messages. I issued a return for the wrong number of dolls immediately upon arrival, they asked me to cancel and promised that they would correct the missing one. How can I get my money back for the doll now, since I can no longer request money.
