It's likely that you cannot access this contact seller view from your own account. It looks like the collection in person option appears when both postage and click and collect costs are quantified. There is no differentiation then, between "click and collect" and "Free collection in person" , resulting in both represented as "Postage and collection in person"

The attached screenshot of a contact seller window is from a listing which is not offering a collection directly from the vendor

Listing shows seller will post or you can collect in person, after paying through ebay checkout. 

C&C means you can have item delivered to collection store, you still pay postage.

That is plainly obvious.

The anomaly is that under the specific conditions that I outlined, both C&C and " Free collection in person " are both shown as :-

Postage

Postage and collection in person

Which means that if you go directly to  <Ask Seller a Question>  it appears that the seller has offered free collection, when that is not the case.
