"New device using your computer"

I haven't used Ebay for quite a while.  Today I ordered something, the order went through OK but I also got a message separately saying  new deivce is using my account.  The location is Bibury, Gloucestershire but I live in Cheshire.  The time is exactly when I placed my order.  Can anyone explain what is going on?  (I have changed password now and am using two factor authentication.  And I am not aware of other purchases being made through my account)

As the notification is the same time as you placed the order you can safely ignore this,what happens is eBay get the location information from your ISP route and the data can pass through many areas as it is sent and may not be your actual location.
