"Item not received" Seller Resolution

Hi there,

 

A buyer opened a case a few days ago due to an item not arriving. I followed up with Evri and it had been delayed at their end. The tracking then confirmed it had arrived, as did the buyer in a message. I am wondering why the case is still open? Do I need to do anything or will it be automatically be classed as resolved on the "please resolve by date".

"Item not received" Seller Resolution

Buyer can close the case.  If he does nothing the case will time out ultimately.
