postage not updated

hi any ideas i sold a item on ebay sent it royal mail tracked 48 the buyer has acknowledged the fact that they

have received it but the postage has not been updated  so how do i get paid any help would be appreciated

If the tracking on the courier's website is showing delivered you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or if you can wait the money will be released anyway after 14 days.
