Negative feedback

A buyer bid on a top I was selling and then messaged me to say she no longer wanted the top. I asked her to retract the bid which she didn't. The listing ended and the buyer still said she didn't want the top so I cancelled the sale and now she has left me negative feedback!!

Strange behaviour but it's fairly old so doubt there's anything you can do about it now.   See if it's possible.  Try sending a feedback revision request to the buyer. There's a link to do that on here:

Feedback is too old to send request, has to be done within 30 days.
