postage costs

HI,

I have just sold a pair of lightweigh camping chairs and I selected parcelforce 48 as the delivery method. The price was £6 each which would have covered the postage but, as the buyer purchased two chairs, they only paid one postal charge. As the postage cost through parcelforce was now £13.63 I used EVRI instead at £7 but I cannot see how to get the postage costs that the buyer has paid into my account, can you please advise.

You will get paid the amount the buyer paid, including the £6 they paid for postage, 48 hours after tracking shows delivery to the buyer.
