Simple Delivery

I have been an Ebay Member since 2009 both buying items I want and selling items I don't...! Recently I am informed like many others that the only way to post is by using Simple Delivery. Previously I could upgrade postage whilst listing and send directly from the P.O. at their chargeable rates. I did not at any time seek to profit from postage and have many satisfied purchasers without complaint.....I am a technophobe and do not have the facility to print out Ebay labels, use Apps, download or upload etc.....Please advise me if Simple Delivery is used anywhere but the UK.... I rather imagine that whilst Ebay do not charge to list that Buyer Protection recovers lost revenue for them...Anyone else have similar issues which I have complained about to Ebay and not had the issue satisfactorily responded to or about ??

Ebay are not going to change this.

As far as I know, Simple Delivery is only used in the UK.

Your choices are simple and stark - adapt to SD or stop selling on the site.

I know you say you are a technophobe but realistically, if you are able to list on the site, add and edit your photos, access buyers' addresses etc, then you would find it fairly straightforward to access and print a label or download a QR code.

If you like selling on Ebay, if it brings you in a little income while enabling you to offer your unwanted items to a wide audience, then I can only suggest you give Simple Delivery a try.
