payouts on hold even though had feed back for client. but ebay says items have yet to be delivered

Just Started using ebay again after a few years. Noticed all different rules and regulations.

2 of the items i have sold have been delivered and i have received my feedback for these.  However Ebay has these items down as not being delivered WHY!.  If feedback has been given.

  I am unable to obtained the  money from ebay Because of this.

I am unable to find a phone number for ebay to speak to someone in person

can any body help

Ebay do accept positive feedback left by a buyer as proof of delivery for single items which sold for under £25.

For items over £25, you will be paid 48 hours after delivery is confirmed by tracking on Ebay or 14 days after the transaction.

Without tracking confirming delivery, you will have to wait for payment.
