You are using simple delivery.
Buyer pays for postage, you get link to print label.
If you buy your own postage, money comes out of your pocket.
If ebay label not used, buyer gets refund.
Why did you not use supplied label?

Your item was sold with Simple Delivery on it which means the buyer pays ebay for the postage and you use the pre-paid label. If you bought postage separate to that you will have paid for it yourself. The buyer will get a refund for the unused SD label.

The buyer gets a refund for the postage they paid but you didn't use. You bought extra postage that you didn't need and not through ebay so there is no refund due to you. But lots of people are making similar mistakes due to the sudden changeover to Simple Delivery.

What do i get?
regards..
No, the buyer gets a refund for the postage . They paid, you did not pay for the eBay label . You did not use eBay's pre paid label, but chose to pay for the postage label yourself.
You receive the item price... £15.00 It sold for £16.31, £1.31 was the Buyer Protection Fee.
