Can anyone help.. I sold an item earlier this month, it has been received and i have got feedback. My money is still pending. I have tried the chat, and was sent to where i have already tried . I feel im just going in circles.

If you used tracking to post and the website you used says/shows delivered, then ebay can release the payment for you, see here, eBay Customer Service

If you did not use any tracking when posting out, then you will have to wait 14 days for your payment
