ordered an item in Euros

I ordered a toilet seat in Euros wasn't a UK seller have received the item but this is not coming in my purchases for me to return

Did you buy as a guest rather than logging into your usual Ebay account?

If that is what happened, you need to find the email you received from Ebay when you purchased and paid.

Yes l did do it as a guest check l out but it will not let me return the item as it is not the right size.

How can I arrange the return please help

If the return label was not the right one for the item you need to contact ebay and tell them.  They open at 8.00.

If the problem is something else, please explain.

In the UK, if you open a return and state that the item is the wrong size or doesn't fit, that is a 'change of mind' return.

It may be that your seller soes not have to accept change of mind returns.

Did you open a return and then the seller closed it?

If that is what happened, or if you chose the reason 'doesn't fit' but couldn't open a case, it may simply be that you can't return an item to that seller for a change of mind reason, either because you bought from overseas or because the seller is a private seller.
