opting out of simple delivery?

seems "advanced delivery" and "advanced postage" have gone. i don`t want to use the simple delivery option.

how do i get rid of it?

if this keeps up, ill be shutting down and heading to facebook.

SD is compulsory for private sellers, no opt out.

that's nice then... i don`t sell enough to pay to be a business seller, so i guess ill be off to look for another platform then.
