elivery date was 10-11th April. not arrived. ordered as aguest. BIG mistake. keep going round in circles trying to trace order. keeps asking me to sign in & then says already registered & cant get any further.

Guest purchases are not shown in your account and create a different approach when there are are issues with purchases,so you need to find the email payment notification you will have received from ebay when you paid to take action.
