ordered ferrules l16mm size and paid for feb 27th with order number 16-12756-23609. no delivery. have tried many times to ask for help but order number does not now exist in ebay system so most help system cannot help. asked for agent but coul not getb through the screening process as my oder does not appear in their system. if does not appear assume cannot get refund. would very much like to at least to someone at ebay.
