No postage label

Hi, I've sold an item but was unable to mark it as posted and when I click on print label it says I can't. So now it's saying I am over due to post it, but I have posted it and can't get my payment. I have asked the buyer to mark it as delivered and just waiting for a reply....any suggestions?

The buyer cannot mark delivered.   You need to contact ebay to change the tracking number for the order.  You can use callback on here:
