never received item

so i bought a samsung s22 ultra over a week ago and never recevied it then i open a request then i thought the request ment for something else so i cancled it and now i cant open a new request to get my money back or nothing

You won't be able to open another case on ebay unless you contact ebay and they can do it for you.    Use callback or  live chat on here:

If they can't help contact your payment provider direct and see if they can do anything.   If you used your credit card or something like Paypal you should be OK.   Good luck.
